From previous reviews I had big hopes but this pillow is not supportive at all and actually looses its firmness very quickly. Within a few weeks of sleeping on it it already felt like a pillow that had been used for a year. I would not recommend this at all.

After a couple of months, the zipper on the pillow broke. I didn't expect this given the pillow's price. It also loses it shape very easily and needs to be "fluffed-up" every night.

I had anothe pillow from Tempure Pedic and it's high so I wanted to tried this shape and like it exactly what I was looking for. The are soft and no too bulky so you neck is going to feel comfortable if you are side sleeper and I am. Really good material as well and the cold technology works really good
