I was very excited to get my pillow. I had a previous pillow from tempurpedic and I had it for a long time. Best pillow ever. I thought I ordered the same thing but this pillow is barely a pillow. And you can't return it! Or exchange it! Terrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this pillow is adjustable, and I did remove Tempur-Pedic pedicure chunks twice. But it is still to thick and dense for my neck and had neck pain in the morning. It could just be me and other might have no problems.

I am very disappointed with this pillow. I enjoy all other products, it feel this pillow just took advantage of a name brand. High price for almost no value, feels like a dollar store pillow, if those exist.

This pillow is not as described. I have an unopened pillow and it cannot be returned. It is very flat (soft) and not even close to medium. I would not recommend.

Bad pillow and even worse customer service

This pillow is not great at all, the website description is nothing like the actual product because once you take the stuffing out, it makes a huge mess and there's nowhere to put the stuffing to refill at once. The memory foam goes down so the product and all just doesn't even make sense, and I had a terrible experience even receiving my pillow. They were not very helpful in the beginning and then once I finally received it and tried it out I had no idea that you weren't able to return or exchange, I was then told you had to click on an external link to be able to see that, which I think that you should have to click something to acknowledge that it's not refundable. I am usually a great customer of tempurpedic as all the other pillows in my house are from there, but now I am pregnant and needed a pillow for side sleeping and this one was recommended by the survey. I'm just overall dissatisfied with the whole tempurpedic experience this go around.
