[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a pillow to be "adjustable", there would have to be enough fill that you could actually remove some to adjust, not the case here. Even though I bought the King size, there is about half the fill of other brands. It's ok, but it sinks to very little support after a couple hours.

Disappointed - Poor quality zippers

Can not adjust/redistribute inside filling due to both pillows having poor inside zippers. Wont unzip without possibly damaging the zipper. This leaves 1 pillow with 2" gap & filling can fall out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow was worth the money. Took me a few try's to get the quantity of stuffing to an amount comfortable for me, and was well worth the effort. Also, my wife has one of the non-cooling pillows and I can tell a difference between her's and mine. Only con is that you have to fluff the pillow each night before you use it, otherwise it gets clumpy and uncomfortable after each use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pillow. I had to take out a decent amount of stuffing for it to be right for me, but that was quick and easy. I have 2 king-size ones, and I was able to make 2 small pillows for my couch with the extra stuffing. I also have the standard Tempur-Cloud and Symphony pillows. You can't really go wrong with any of them, it just depends how you like to sleep.
