[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced older pillows with these. Was starting to have lower back pain and thought getting some new pillows could help. So far, so good. Bought queen sized, but they are quite big, so will need to get new bigger pillow cases.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First pillow had the zipper rip when trying to change up the fill. Replaced for free, which was good. Second pillow, I decided to add fill from first one to it. Some of the foam is hard. It has hard plastic on one edge. It's almost like it's scrap foam that's used in the pillows, not the real Tempur bed foam. Pillow absolutely needs more stuffing, as it flattens out quickly. I replaced this after a week. The foam pieces having plastic (almost like a burnt edge) is the most concerning part.

I ordered this pillow because needed a pillow that was comfortable and supported my neck at a neutral angle. I own a tempurpedic adjustable bed that I love so I figured that I would love the pillow as well. Well I don't. I went with medium soft because I don't like my pillows to be too soft. I tried it the first night and woke up with a sore neck. I tried to get the pillow exchanged for a softer one but unfortunately the tempurpedic guarantee does not extend to pillows. I was told that it takes 30 days to get used to the pillow . Raise your hand if you want to toss/turn and wake up with a soar neck for 30 days. I don't. Needless to say I am disappointed and would recommend getting pillows from a company with a better return/exchange policy.
