[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the pillows arrived they had a strong chemical smell, apparently coming from the fill. I called about returning them, and I was told to let them air out and the smell would go away. They have been airing now for about a month, and the smell is almost gone...not completely but almost. I hope that when I am able to actually use the pillows I will like them, but so far that hasn't been possible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tempur-Pedic offers high quality foam, good compression, and a comfortable incline. I love that's it's adjustable meaning you can take some of the foam out if you want a thinner product. I purchased the cloud as an upgrade to an older Tempur-Pedic pillow and the difference is noticeable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 of these one for myself and one for my wife. At first I loved this not too firm but not too plush. However 3 weeks into using it it really seems to have broken in. It's thin in the center where I rest my head. No amout of fluffing seems to help. The cooling is great and that's why I give it 3 stars. My wife however is loving hers! Hers is still firm as when we got it. Maybe I just have a heavy head haha. I'm checking that I wouldn't recommend this although for some people (like my wife) it may be a fantastic fit. A simple yes/no isn't the best way to review so I hope others read my full review.
