[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This exceeded my expectations. I prefer a former pillow. This is not soft neither is it hard. I like that I can remove stuffing. It was thicker than what the pictures looked like. I have neck problems and has helped out about %50 of my pain.

I have had difficulity with tension and pain in my neck caused from a car accident. I would wake up with headaches. This pillow forms to your neck and gives the needed support for side or back sleeping positions. I have been using the pillow for a month now. I wake up feeling rested. The tension and pain in my neck is gone. I would highly recommend this pillow for anyone looking to improve the quality of their sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed in the fill components of the pillow. When placing the order the representative told me that one of the wonderful features of the pillow, was you could crunch the pillow for different comfort positions. Not true the fill material is so firm , it's not possible to make the pillow snugly. One good thing the pillow dose sleep cool. I could not recommend this product to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm used to a more firm pillow, so I took 1/2 the stuffing out of 1 pillow and added it to the second one. Now it's finally firm enough to support my head at night. I took the leftover stuffing and made a travel pillow. I'm not sure I notice a difference with the cooling cover they sold me for extra. Probably would skip it next time, but it's a nice in between cover.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried it for a few weeks and the stiff neck never went away. I took out the filling and added back to see if I could get the perfect fit but it NEVER happened. I thought that we had a 90 day return policy but I was wrong. They don't offer that on pillows. To top it off one of the pillows had a faulty zipper and when we called to get the pillow case replaced, they gave us the HARDEST times to get a resolution. I think this is the last time I buy anything from Temper-Pedic. Lesson learned.
