[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You're asking me: "Why this headline of this review?" Let me tell you! Originally we had purchased "The My Pillow Mans 2.0 pillow's." All I can tell you is DON'T DO IT! They have lumpy fill and they do not last! And they became crooked & lumpy; and don't wash up as good as they say. They sucked & they were trashed! The Tempur-Cloud Adjustable + Cooling King size Pillows are the most comfortable & cooling pillows I've ever bought! They conform to your head/neck/shoulders & you sink right in to the level you need. They are totally adjustable with the filling/ with easy washable covers! But! There is absolutely NO sweating with these pillows; they stay cool & comfortable! Better pillows than the first Tempurpedic pillows I owned 4 years ago; and those were amazing too! Wore them out! LOL! Guess I should have stayed what I knew & with the best; lessons learned! Much love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased these pillows to snuggle with since we got the Tempur-Clouds to sleep on. Both sets are very comfortable. The adjustable ones are thick, so you may have to remove material to get it just right. We added the cooling covers whick are slick and make the pillows slip out of the pillowcases very easily. That's why I'm subtracting a star.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to switch from sleeping on my side to sleeping on my back due to shoulder issues. My buckwheat hull pillow wasn't adequate for back sleeping and so I was looking to upgrade. The Tempupedic pillow was just what I needed and I no longer have the structural issues that plagued me with the other pillow. Thanks!

Love that it is a cooling pillow but I have not fully adjusted to the firmness of the pillow. I understand that I can take some of the filling out of it but have not done so yet.
