I ordered the adjustable cloud pillow in medium/soft. It is extremely hard. After removing some of the stuffing, it doesn't necessarily make it more soft, the pillow just becomes more giving for your head to sink. After a few hours of sleeping, I found that my head had sunk all the way to the bed and there was no support whatsoever. I stupidly didn't check the return policy because I saw the 90-day free trial (so I just assumed that was for everything) and lo and behold, you cannot return/exchange pillows. So, I won't be trying out their other pillows. Overall, not worth the money and keep in mind that you cannot return or exchange. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Didn't think I would enjoy this pillow considering my past experiences with any memory foam pillow but I have grown to love this pillow. I did remove about half of the stuffing inside to make it less thick and this helped immensely. Love that they give you that option. Using as my daily pillow now!

But they are not the same pillow and my husband cannot sleep on these. He ended up going to the store and found out that the products online are different than in the store. So money wasted on these pillows that I'm not sure what I am going to do with.

Pieces do not stay together! the middle pieces go to both side and you have to shake the pillow to get the stuff back in the middle of the pillow. Not happy with this purchase, so disappointed, waste of money!!

I have been looking to replace my tempurpedic comfort pillow for many years. When I saw that tepurpedic is again offering an adjustable pillow I was excited to try it. It is awful. Like a lumpy old hotel pillow. Unfortunately I didn't realize that there are no returns on pillows! I guess tempurpedic has no choice but to offer returns on mattress because all of their competitors do.
