We bought this pillow with high hopes, but instead got a gift of black mold. They wouldn't give us our money back, and said they could only give us another pillow. Customer service was great, the policy is trash. Don't buy this pillow. Or check for mold if you do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that I could remove some of the foam pieces to make it custom to me. And adding the cooling cover was a no brainer! It is a heavy pillow and slides around in the pillow case but I'll get one that closes at the end and will be no problem. Overall we are very pleased.

These pillows are stuffed WAY too full. I had to take soooo much of the stuffing out and they are still not even remotely comfortable. Still super stiff, gave me neck pain. Also if you take any filling out they are super lumpy and uneven. Really uncomfortable. My partner is a stomach sleeper, I am a side/ back sleeper and we both hate them. Waste of money

Though this pillow is a bit on the bulky side, I believe it is the best because you can adjust it to your personal needs -what more can you ask for? Actually, my previous pillow was considerably comfortable and was adjustable as well, but it was it was made of regular foam. My Temur-Pedic pillow is made with the best and most comfortable materials in the market. And that makes it the best pillow in my book. Some people complain about having to adjust it, I don't mind doing that myself. Actually, I prefer it that way. I get to personalize the way I want my pillow with every situation and every position. How awesome is that? Did I mention my back pain is gone? I sleep like a baby, no medication needed. Thanks Tempur-Pedic.
