Lumpy and uncomfortable

I have the Tempur Bed and several matching Tempur pillows. They are all excellent. These adjustable pillows are lumpy, and I dug into the insides of the pillow and pulled out several hard pieces of shredded foam. I called customer service, and they said no one else had complained about lumpy pillows. So I read the reviews, and several others have the same experience. I asked if I could buy a bag of shredded foam to soften my pillow and was told that additional foam was unavailable. Come on, Tempur, you missed an opportunity to delight one of your long-time customers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is lumpy and doesn't hold its shape. You can take fill out of the pillow but no extra fill is provided so the only adjustable aspect is to make it more flat. The pillow is not comfortable. Very disappointed.
