Really wanted to love this pillow

I took a risk on ordering two of these based on reviews . It's my own fault I should had went into a tempurpedic store to try it before buying it . Only giving two Star review based on case it comes in. It's a bit cool and soft . Besides that , it feels very firm and even had a sore ear two days in a row . Removed some fluff to see if it'd make a change , still no adjustment or comfort . Really dislike the no return policy for pillows , otherwise I'd definitely request an exchange .

Poor design - do not buy

I've been using the regular Tempur pedic cloud pillows for the past few years and love those - these are nothing like the standard pillows. The "adjustable filling" just moves to wherever your head is not- super frustrating and not comfortable. I would not recommend at all.

I've had migraines for 15 years and many of those years I wake up with migraines/headaches that go down my neck. I've had this pillow for 2 months and haven't woke up with a single migraine! If I get a migraine during the day I look forward to laying down rather than dread it like I did before.

Having to take fill out of a pillow, then having to decide how much should be put back in to be comfortable is a stupid idea. Too much work! There should be a way to automatically adjust the height. Also, if someone else in your family wants to use pillow then the whole process has to be repeated. My pillow is still unused as the height is uncomfortable for my neck. Guess I'll have to find a cat or dog who won't mind what it is lying down on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product isn't AMAZING like I had expected or like it lead me to believe. It mushes and doesn't actually conform to your body. It's not the size of a standard king. It's supposed to cool and most mornings I wake up sweating profusely. Not worth what I doesn't. Completely disappointed.
