Poor quality being scrap shredded foam, NOT a solid core as what they used to be and what I ordered. Tried to return being still boxed and bagged and sterile but Tempurpedic refused to refund me. So read the super fine and intentionally hidden fine print before you order.

I ordered two of these pillows. I was so excited to get them in. Because we had been looking for the best pillow to help with my neck pain. After being on the pillows for a couple of weeks my neck pain continue to get worse. The pillow did not support my neck and head area. I had to keep flipping the pillow over throughout the night because all the foam would go to the top of the pillow. So I called the company and no I didn't check the return policy. I should have, but I didn't. I was informed that you can't return the pillows unless there was a warranty problem. So disappointing and I will not be recommending these pillows to anyone else..

The quality is great but I had to remove more than half of the foam in order for it to work for me. I have small shoulders and this was way too full. I also have not touched the second pillow, still in the box. I was hoping I could return it and replace it with another style, but it was not allowed.

Tried it as it arrived but it was too thick, leading to poor sleep and aches. After removing some fill to make it less thick, I've been sleeping much better. Knowing it can be adjusted made this pillow a great buy.

The pillows are way too full and big for me. I wish I could return them. I didn't realize they weren't returnable. I woke up with a migraine from using the pillow because my neck was strained. Now I only use them for watching tv when I want to be extra propped up. I do think I could pill Some cushioning out of them. I haven't tried.
