This pillow set is absolutely horrible. Very uncomfortable; does not mold to anything; my neck is jacked. When it says, it's adjustable... you open it up to find just filled with shredded pieces with the option to remove. This is an embarrassment to Temper-pedic; this idea mimics the "my pillow" brand. This is NOT at all the quality and I would've thought was manufactured by Tempur-pedic. We have purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress (still love today) and I have had my Tempu-pedic pillow now for over 10 years and still love this one. This pillow is ridiculous, uncomfortable and not at all what I expected. Considering I cannot return it (no satisfaction or guarantee should be a red flag to consumers) I am in search of another pillow but won't be shopping Tempur-pedic.

I think everyone is on a quest to find the perfect pillow, I'm a side sleeper,I have sleep apnea and use a CPAP. I've been looking for the perfect pillow for many years trying different ones. Today I went and purchased this pillow the Tempur cloud adjustable pillow.im so very happy. It's great they include extra foam to adjust the pillow and put the bulk of the foam inside a zipper case inside comfy outer case and give you more foam in a long thin pillow tube . Honestly it was the perfect pillow for me right out of the box . I'm going to go buy another one on Friday to keep on the other side of my new queen size bed . I give this pillow an A+ way to go Tempur pedic may you never stop making this pillow it's a game changer. This really is the perfect pillow I've been searching for.

I got 2 Tempur-Pedic pillows with a bed purchase over 15 years ago. While I washed them regularly, they were pretty beat, and we needed new ones. The fill has changed a bit since the originals...but for the better. I'm not sure how they can be so light, yet so firm while in use.
