Quality product, great neck support!

The pillow is strong enough for great head and neck support but soft enough to be able to really relax.

This luxurious pillow offers the best in comfort, support, and cooling. The only downside to this pillow is having to travel for work and sleep on other pillows.

I frequently change positions due to some nerve pain, it is helpful have the ability to adjust height and firmness as needed

Soft and cooling

I have these in 2 king and 2 queen pillows. The queen pillows came a little under fluffed so they are not as "firm" as the king pillows. However, I love that I can shift around the filling from one pillow to the next so it all worked out. I moved some from the king pillows into the queen pillows and now they feel about the same. I like my pillows less fluffy but still supportive and with these I was able to achieve that. During the night the pillows stay cool and support my head/neck well. I really do wake up refreshed. The only issue is the tempurpedic egyptian cotton pillow cases I have for the king size pillows are way too big for these king size pillows even before I adjusted the stuffing. Its OK though. They dont look perfectly full on my bed but they are perfect for sleeping and thats what matters. The queen pillows fill out my standard pillow cases well though.

The worst pillow I've ever had

These pillows are so uncomfortable - they are hard and flatten out completely. They are worse than any other pillow I've purchased considering the price.

Best sleep nights ever!

I have purchased many pillows in my lifetime and this one is by far the absolute best. It was recommended by my 25 year old granddaughter who loves it. She was 'spot on' and I have finally ended my search for the right pillow. I now own it and every morning I wake up, I feel great. This Tempur-Cloud Adjustable Pillow has improved my health tremendously and I will not sleep without it!

Prior to purchasing this pillow, I slept with 2 pillows and still did not achieve the level of comfort and good nights of sleep as I have with this adjustable + cooling pillow. This was an excellent purchase and I am very satisfied!

To flat for me

I decided to buy two types of pillows thinking I would be happy between the two. This pillow is firmer but it to flat and still does not support my neck. I have to fold it in half just to get the support.
