[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely a comfy pillow. I really like how i can adjust the inside stuffing. The only didn't like, is that it does smell out of the box, but it does fade after you air it out and wash the outside cover a couple times. Would buy again.

Terrible experience, I'm writing this right now with a sore neck the pillow is level with the bed, besides other pillows that are too narrow, I am still amazed that I paid so much money for such a pillow. This must be the reason why there are no refunds, definitely stay away!!

Much firmer than expected

Purchased this pillow thinking it would be softer given the fill, but I wish I had gone with the softer pillow option. It's much too firm and I wake up with neck pain. It's unfortunate that you can't return as I would return and exchange for the softer version.

I can't even give this 1 star. Its horrible product! There is horrible chemical smell and developed allergies from it. I paid extra for cooling part but it retains heat and does not cool down. When you talk to representative they say you will get email from Tempuric and they are very slow getting back to you thru email. When you try to talk to representative her response is we have process and will not help you because the pillows are not returnable. I would never buy from Tempuric if it was this much trouble. DON'T BUY THE PILLOWS!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had good experiences with Tempur-pedic in the past but I have always bought in store. I bought a pillow on-line and it was a not a good idea. The pillow is not a good fit for being a side sleeper and I really wish they took returns on pillows. I have one that has never been taken out of the box or used even once, but they don't allow returns on pillows. Very disappointed. Wish I would have tried the one that is not adjustable. I do not like the material that fills the pillow at all.
