Chemical smell won't go away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow feels very comfortable but when I unpacked the chemical smell was very strong. Despite putting it out in the sun and airing it for several days it still smells. I'm not comfortable in using it as anything but a decorative pillow right now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is great. It's very soft and squishy and it isn't firm like the traditional memory foam pillow. Think "totally huggable". Heads up though, it's got a bit of a lumpy feel so if that would bother you, don't get it. We don't use it by itself actually but with another tempur-pedic pillow because we like mountains of pillows.
