There is plenty of stuffing that if you don't like it super firm you can easily remove the stuffing and add back if to much!! Which is exactly what I did to get it just the way I wanted it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure about this one since it feels a lot like a MyPillow at first. Definitely sleeps much better than My pillow. It does sink down in and not recover quickly, but it stays right where you need it to stay. It's better than a Coop for sure. Sleeps cool too. Occasionally you'll hit a lumpy spot, but a quick head rotation solves it. Easy to fluff while sleeping too.

However, now that I know they sell something as an add-on to make it cool, feels like their was no thought out into the initial design for user comfort or to amend it.

I reached out to tempur-pedic to setup a return and was told all sales were final on pillows and I couldn't even return the pillows that were still in the box. Terrible experience will not use this brand again.
