[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is comfortable for my husband he absolutely loves it. he is a back sleeper. I on the other hand is a side sleeper. I feel like it gets to flat and have to adjust the pillow, I wake up more often than usual so I guess it depends on the person. Shipping was fast and I do wanna try other pillows from Tempur-Pedic and see which fits my standard of liking since my husband has found his pillow.

It doesn't adjust to the neck and head. It just feels lumpy. Maybe it's the product itself as soon as you try to take it out it falls all over the place. It's very messy, giving three stars for a good idea however, execution could be better
