[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical about how comfortable an adjustable pillow would be, but now I'm happy we got these pillows to complement our new mattress. The pillow was comfortable to begin with but was a little too thick (from the surface of the mattress) for my needs. By removing and storing some of the Tempur material from the pillow, I was quickly able to customize the pillow to the ideal shape to provide just the right support for my head, neck, and shoulders for a great night's sleep.

After having tried traditional pillows that were too thick and not adjustable, I was attracted to the Tempurpedic cloud pillows as I can adjust the size and thickness. My chronic neck pain is healing, and I can still comfortably sleep on my side with the proper support. I recommend this pillow if you are looking for an adjustable and unique option for your comfort level.
