[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ended up taking more than half of the filling out to make the pillow flat enough for me. The outer quilted cover isn't that soft. I found that I have to keep flipping the pillow over to find a cool spot. So I'm not a big fan of this pillow. Even though this pillow isn't correct for me, I'd still recommend it because I know several people who love them.

The fillable style works great for me. I have chronic neck and shoulder pain as well as migraines. I am a side sleeper. This has really helped and I am waking up mostly pain free. So I bought pillows for my husband and son. They like them too! They are side / back sleepers. Seems to work well for anyone!!!

I actually forgot about the pain until I wrote this review. I usually tuck my arm underneath and I can feel the coolness of the pillow. I will never go back to other pillows. Totally worth the price!! Do your neck and back a favor and BUY THE PILLOW!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took a few nights to get proper firmness/softness, but after 3 or 4 nights with taking a little filler out at a time, they are perfect for me. I had neck pain issues every morning for a number of years, but once I get these pillows to the proper density for me, neck pain is Eliminated, or very minor when I wake up. Highly recommend.
