Nice pillow but not for side sleepers

I have had the pillow for about a month. I like the softness feel and it feels like it would cradle my head but it does not. It has a 90 day return so I will keep trying the pillow but it is not cradling my head and it actually makes my head slip off of it because the pillow is stiff. Also, I have not felt the cooling at all which I was looking forward to because I am in menopause right now. I will see if the pillow loosens up but it is not working for this mostly side sleeper.

Over the years, I have always had issues with pillows as I have a neck and spinal problems. So I chose to have the adjustable pillow with the cooling effect. (It's summer now!!) I did take some of the filling from one pillow, as I felt it was too high for my neck support. I left the other one as is. I alternate each night, and the truth is, they are both very comfortable. I do get a good nights sleep. I am happy with my purchase and my choices. No complaints!!

I have not had any aches or pains after waking up. My spouse is a side sleeper, who has the same pillow. They also wake up feeling great and refreshed and no pain!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It wasn't what I expected, I been a loyal costumer of Tempur for years, from mattress to seat cushions and this pillows where not what the brand stands for. The cooling system was ok but for me the removable stuff form the inside the pillow was a mess after taking some of it out the pillow didn't perform the way I wanted, if I knew before it was this material I wouldn't order it in the first place...
