Keeps me cooler but going flat

It does a great job of keeping me cool but Unfortunately, this pillow is going to turn out. Is there a way to purchase a Tempur-pedic feeling to make it fluffy again?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a good pillow from tempur-pedic for 10 years, and it was time to buy a new one. Not only these pillows are long-ladting, but also very comfortable. I bought the same pillow as I had before with the cooling effect. I love it! You can always expect great quality and durability products from Tempur-pedic. Ps. My T-p mattress is 10 yrs old, and still no signs of aging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I delayed reviewing the product to give me time to figure out what works about the pillow. I bought a pair and it is a waste of money. After several weeks I finally removed them from the bed for good. I can't return them so they are stored until I finally give up and donate them to charity. They are hard as a rock and don't give me appropriate support...they don't give in any way. I tried sleeping on my side and back and all I noticed was they consistently gave me a stiff neck. I do not recommend them. They are not at all what I expected.

Height is good, cooler than most pillows but adjustability is a great idea that didn't quite work for me. It's to firm for me and if I take out filling to try and soften the pillow it's to low or thin. It's probably a great pillow for someone interested in a pillow on the firmer side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reading so many rave reviews, I thought that this pillow, once "adjusted" to my liking, would be a comfy, cooling pillow superior to a typical pillow from a chain store. I'm sorry to say that this pillow is lumpy and although the pillow "case" that holds the shredded pieces together feels cool, the cool temperature doesn't hold up once there is a cooling pillow protector and then a pillow case on the pillow. These pillows can't compare to the more expensive, extremely comfortable pro+cooling pillow.
