[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is too flat, the filling goes to both sides and leaves a hole in the middle. Does not stay cool unless you don't put a pillowcase on it. I don't sleep without a pillowcase on my pillow.

This product is terrible. All the stuffing separates to either side of your head and made my neck pain worse. I now feel it down into my shoulder blade. Total trash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product does not feel cool. It will for literally one second if I don't have a pillow case on it. The actual pillow is firm and also soft so the pillow is a good pillow but zero cooling in this. Super disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so looking forward to receiving your pillows. The price was right as it was buy one get one free. They were packaged so nicely, but they smelled horrible! I hung them out on the line for 3 or 4 days. One night it poured rain so hard that I had to let them hang out another 3 or 4 days for them to dry. They still smelled. I called your customer service and your representative said it would take at least 2 weeks. I threw them in the dryer and the smell finally went away. Then when I decided to use them, I had to remove so much fill inside the pillow so it would be comfortable. Probably 1/3 of the fill. The cooling cover on the pillow does not stay cool for very long either. My pillowcase from my sheets does not stay on very well on the pillow because of the cooling cover. I didn't expect this from these pillows as we love our tempurpedic queen mattress. Didn't have any of these issues with the mattress. It's the most comfortable mattress we ever owned.
