[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not really adjustable. Think about pulling loose fill out of a pillow, zipping it back up and hoping you get the support you need. The pillow becomes shapeless and lumpy and no support. Then what? Store zip locked bags of loose fill? Yup. Their other products are much better designed.

Feels like laying on rocks

I purchased this pillow in hopes of a better night sleep. Unfortunately it does not feel cool, at all, and even worse it feels like sleeping on rocks with the little pieces of foam inside. I tried taking some out, putting some back in, moving the foam around and it still is uncomfortable. I called to see what my options were and was told there is a no refund policy so now I'm stuck with new pillows that will sit like rocks in the closet :(. They are the only company that has a NO REFUND return policy. Horrible for $100+ pillows.

Material is definitely on par with how much I paid for. Only wish the consumer tagged wasn't stitched into the pillow because it ripped the zipper on the covering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The seam on the outside of the zipper of the outer cover (the washable one) tore completely open where the big tag is - which ripped the first wash. Its still a cover, but since the seam on the outsides of the zipper is broken, its just a regular open pillow case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The two king size pillows ordered were not the same size as the filling was not the same. I tried to return these and was denied. After several weeks of attempting a return or warranty I gave up. The pillows are not comfortable and I do not recommend them.
