Great way to organize your grilling!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these Cuisinart Grilling Prep and Serve Melamine Trays
as they offer a great way to organize your grilling. They provide two so that you can prep your raw meat on the red tray, then once the meat is cooked, place the black tray on top of the red to prevent cross-contamination, and then use the black tray for the cooked meat, They are dishwasher safe and nest together nicely for storage.

Great way to protect your food

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a phenomenal idea! There are two different color & very sturdy trays for BBQ to prevent cross contamination. You simply use the red tray for your raw (uncooked) meat then you use the black tray for your cooked meat. I now feel much more confident knowing that the colors are going to tell me which tray to use. Thank you Cuisinart for another wonderful & useful invention.
