More affordable than others and best battery life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great battery life! Of all the pens I've used, the Lenovo USI pen definitely works the best for all my USI devices, not just my Lenovo. I use it so much, I've bought two so that I don't have to switch it back and forth between devices. 10/10 would recommend. Affordable too!

Used, not working, and excruciating return process

I received an opened product, but I decided to let it slide as long as it worked. However, it didn't work. I tried to start a return, but the order lookup webpage to start the return wasn't even working properly. It took me over 30 minutes to find the order and initiate the return.
In conclusion, Lenovo has an extremely low quality control and send defective products. The return process is also excruciating with a website that doesn't work properly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible waste of money, nearly worthless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my daughter to use with her new Duet Chromebook. What a mistake. It kind of works once in a while but then the battery dies. I think we replaced the battery every other week until tonight. Something must have broke inside because I couldn't remove the battery. Oh and it is very fragile, the cap keeps breaking off. I've super glued about 5 times which helps for a while. I love all my other Lenovo items (Thinkpad, Gaming Laptop, 34" Curved Monitor, a few Chromebooks, etc) but this pen is a major fail. Hopefully they can make a better version because my daughter really loved drawing with it when it worked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lenovo USI Pen works great on the Flex 5 (13") Chromebook. Much more fine control than using a capacitive stylus. It was automatically recognized by the tablet and did not need to be paired.
