WoW! Easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not very tech savvy and the Ring-Indoor Cam was easy for me to set up. I didn't need help from my family which is not a small miracle. We have a RING door set up and we love it, but we wanted something for inside and to monitor the pets. The Ring-Indoor Cam was great for our wants and needs. We are going to order some for Christmas presents!

Great Indoor Camera

It is compact in size and It has great features like: 2 way talk, motion activated, live view, video recording etc... This camera is also easy to install. Just plug it in to a standard outlet for constant power. All in all this indoor camera is just one of the great products offered from RING. Thanks

Great little camera

I wish the camera could swivel a little, remotely but I can't really complain because the picture is great and the app works wonderfully. I recommend this camera for specific uses, like baby monitoring or indoor surveillance.

Great Security Camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ring Indoor Security Camera is awesome! It is so easy to set up- plug it in, scan a couple of bar codes, connect it to the internet and you're ready to go! The HD video quality is great even when you zoom in from far distances. I love the listening feature and the fact that I can speak to people/family members when I am away from home. It is also good for checking on my dog. The alarm is another nice feature that you hope you will never need, but is nice to have if someone breaks into your home. The camera looks great and is pretty small making it inconspicuous wherever you place it. You will love this camera. I highly recommend it!

The camera is sleek and very modern looking and fits the house with ease. It is super easy ti set up and I found it very easy to operate. I was able to monitor my living room while was away at home as well as my front door. The camera covered a large portion of space. In addition to security you can also use the camera to keep a watchful on pets left at home. The picture is clear and the sound quality is good as well. I love the two way talk function. All in all this a great security camera for any home.

GREAT and inexpensive indoor camera !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already have the Ring doorbell and have been quite happy with it -- and decided to add an indoor camera to my "Ring system" as well. The Ring Indoor Cam is a great addition. It was easy to set up and I got it working quickly. I love that it is 1080 HD video and has two way talk for when we are not a home. No batteries are needed as you just plug it in to one of your indoor outlets. You set it up to your WiFi thru the Ring app --

Okay but can't turn off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you already have the ring base and other items connected this is super easy to set up, we just added it to our ring app and it was basically read to go. It has a really big range of view as well, it covers our entire kitchen, including both doors to the outside that are on opposite walls. It has night vision and voice so you can talk to people in the kitchen if you are not home. With that said, it's very very motion sensitive and there is no way to turn it off from the app if you are home, your only option is to unplug it. Our cat walking in the room, dust, the constant people activity have our phones buzzing constantly with the "motion dectected" pop up. Please Ring, have an option within the app to turn devices off. The snooze for 4 hours isn't enough as it still picks up and records everything. As for now we only plug it in if we are leaving the house. I hope they add a turn off feature in the future.

You'll want to follow these steps to disable motion detection when you are home and do not want the device to record events.
How to temporarily disable motion detection completely:
Open the Ring app.
Tap menu (☰).
Tap Devices.
Tap the device you want to adjust.
Toggle Motion Detection off.
You will see a message to check whether you are sure you want to disable motion detection.
Tap Disable Motion Detection.
To turn it back on, toggle Motion Detection on.
