love this product! i purchased this to feel more safe and it does just that. the battery life is amazing! i’ve had it for over a year and have charged it 4 times since owning it?
the video quality isn’t the highest quality, but it works great for what you need! it’s easy to install, and has clear audio and great motion detecting. i’d definitely purchase again,

I love how it tracks motion from across the street and how u can call into it. It was on sale when we bought it but the price is it is so much worth . We got it sale.

We love everything about the ring system! It has saved us from a break-in in our home. The video is clear. The audio is also very clear and there is little to no delay in either. I love all the options it gives, and it provides us safety and security

Love the run indoor camera! We have several around the house. The picture quality is spot on and the night setting makes the quality at night spot on too! Perfect for keeping an eye on my kids during the night and keeping an eye on the home in general! Super easy to set up with quick simple instructions! Especially if you already have a ring system in place it takes minutes to add an extra camera! Really reasonable priced too!

You get what you pay for

Worked great for about a month, at which point it would no longer connect to my wifi and therefore it was basically useless. I tried reaching out to support but there was no resolution.

Having a solid connection ensures you do not miss any activity around your home. We are here today to provide you with education to assist you in finding the best solution for your home’s environment.
It sounds like you are experiencing issues with the connection of the device. If your Ring Indoor Cam (2nd Gen.) isn’t connecting, press the reboot button or use the reboot feature in the Ring app if the camera is out of reach. If the device remains unresponsive, press and hold the setup button on top of the camera for 10 seconds. Allow a full 60 seconds for the camera to power back on after the reset is complete. We have included a link here to an article on our website with more information on troubleshooting connection issues:

The cameras work really well and definitely pick up motion and cardio clarity can come and go. My only issue is sometimes it seems to glitch and you might miss a few seconds of footage that could be imperative.

This ring indoor camera is awesome. The video quality is spot on. It was an easy installation. The sound quality is great. When I speak through it or listen to the sound from it in my home both work awesome.
