We purchased these to use in our relative with dementias home. My mother and I are his caregivers and these allow us to step outside occasionally and still be able to keep an eye on him. They are very easy to set up and the picture is clear. Great product!

We’ve been use the ring door for years. I’ve been using this one for a long time. Something had happened in my house in area. One time in the police came and knocked on my door and my ring door had picked it up so they were able to catch the people that tried to rob someone in my neighborhood that was a blessing that’s why I rise everyone to get a ring door

I use this for multiple homes on the same property. Its easy to set up and requiresno maintenance. I use primarily as a baby monitor but I also use it to talk to people in another room if my phone is not available.

I ended up getting a deal for two cameras. I have a toddler at home so we placed one in her room and the other in the common living area..so we could have a constant eye on her. They work perfect for what i need.

This ring indoor camera is awesome. The video quality is spot on. It was an easy installation. The sound quality is great. When I speak through it or listen to the sound from it in my home both work awesome.

The cameras work really well and definitely pick up motion and cardio clarity can come and go. My only issue is sometimes it seems to glitch and you might miss a few seconds of footage that could be imperative.

You get what you pay for

Worked great for about a month, at which point it would no longer connect to my wifi and therefore it was basically useless. I tried reaching out to support but there was no resolution.

Having a solid connection ensures you do not miss any activity around your home. We are here today to provide you with education to assist you in finding the best solution for your home’s environment.
It sounds like you are experiencing issues with the connection of the device. If your Ring Indoor Cam (2nd Gen.) isn’t connecting, press the reboot button or use the reboot feature in the Ring app if the camera is out of reach. If the device remains unresponsive, press and hold the setup button on top of the camera for 10 seconds. Allow a full 60 seconds for the camera to power back on after the reset is complete.
