Surprisingly good

These little cameras are surprisingly clear and effective considering the small size. Connection to the Ring app was flawless but wouldn’t stay there until successfully connected to Wi-Fi. My only complaint is it took several attempts to connect to Wi-Fi regardless of close proximity . The second one took about 10 tries until I finally gave up and put it back in the box for return. I decided to give it one more shot and it actually worked. Once they were connected they function perfectly.

Clear picture and easy to install

I have 4 flood lights and 4 indoor cams in and around my property. I also have the professional service for monitoring. I highly recommend Ring products as they are easy to install and work great!

This camera works well and is easy to set up. I had to turn off notification because I was being bombarded. As a result, I would like to recommend that notifications be linked to Motion Zones. This enhancement would help to minimize notifications to only those that meet the criteria of a particular motion zone while still capturing and recording motion from all motion zones.

Easy to install, easy to use!

I bought both indoor and outdoor cameras to monitor my elderly mom. Very easy to install - just need a drill and a ladder!. The monitoring is clear and I am able to see her activities in the house - 20 miles away!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The ring camera works like others with motion detection. You don’t absolutely need a subscription but you will get better options with one. Ding dong!

We are pleased to read that you are enjoying the benefits of having a Ring security device installed! The Ring Protect Plan is a subscription that gives you access to paid features for Ring devices. With a Ring Protect Plan, you can save, review, and share video recordings from your Ring devices to your Ring account.
Without a Ring Protect Plan, you can still view real-time video for Ring doorbells and cameras and answer doorbell notifications when they happen, but you don’t get video recordings of those events.
