App is terrible when using multiple devices

I purchased two Ring doorbell’s and two cameras and can’t access but one of those from the app.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We can definitely provide you with more information regarding the concern mentioned in your review.
It sounds like you want to view multiple devices from your Ring dashboard. You can customize the Ring app dashboard so that you have shortcuts and previews for each of your devices.
Shortcuts are tiles that appear on the dashboard of the Ring app. Some of these shortcuts can take you to pages that contain basic quick controls for certain devices, while others will take you to a different part of the app. You can use your shortcuts to better control your devices and get to the information you need faster.
If you want to change the order of your shortcuts, simply tap the Edit tile in the shortcuts menu. This will bring you to a page where you can change the order of your shortcuts by dragging and dropping them. You can also hide unused shortcuts by dragging them to the Hidden Shortcuts section of the page.

This is pretty good quality. I would like then to make an adapter for windows to block the light reflection when the camera faces outward

Very easy to set up. I am technically challenged individual yet was able to set up the camera with ease. Still learning some of the cool things that it is capable of. Very happy with it.

Warning: no longer has mounting hole.

The camera itself is OK - seems on-par with the 1st gen that I'd purchased earlier. However, my installation plans were thrown askew when I learned that the mounting holes are no longer there, so you can't use with a separate mounting bracket.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It sounds like there is some confusion regarding installing your Ring Indoor Cam. If you are installing your device on a wall or ceiling, you will first have to remove the mounting plate from the Ring Indoor Cam. Install the mounting plate, and then slide the Indoor Cam onto the mounting plate.
