By far the best I’ve ever had and best app and pc features I won’t go to any other camera, I’m so happy with the accuracy and excellent video quality I bought 4 more, highly recommend

Best little camera ever!

I love my cameras. My only regret is I didn't get more than I did. Bought them on "deal of the day" for a great price. Should have got lots of them. I got them to watch my dogs, and now I want more of them for the yard and other rooms in my house. I can talk to my dogs when I'm not at home. I love, love, love them. I would recommend this camera to friends and family.

It sounds like you are having trouble downloading the Ring app. The Ring app requires iOS 15 (or higher) or Android 9 (or higher). If your mobile device does not have the latest operating system, the Ring app may not work as expected, or you may not be able to access the Ring app. Whether you are using Android or Apple, we recommend updating to the latest operating system (OS) on your phone or tablet to better protect your mobile devices and Ring account. One out of four stopped working after a week

I bought four after my 95 yr old Mother had a fall. The one that was in her bedroom went offline and wouldn’t even turn on after less than a week. I’ve returned it and have ordered another but this is a safety issue and it will be over a week before the new one comes. I’m pleased with the ones that do work but need the 4th to feel confident that we’re able to monitor our Mother’s safety.

It sounds like your device lost its wifi connection. A poor wifi signal can cause connectivity with your Ring device to be unreliable. We recommend you check the Device Health section of your Ring application to ensure the device’s RSSI is within an acceptable range. The recommended range for optimal performance is 0 to -60 for the RSSI. Second time is a charm

The indoor cam 2nd generation cannot hook up for anything. I lost three hours of my life when I finally went online figure it out it’s just not working they gladly said they’re going to download everything into a new one and mail it to me which they did I got it approximately eight days later, and it took no more than six minutes to hook up the new one and what a beautiful picture and everything else works fine about it. I actually ordered another one for the back area of the house. Let’s just hope I don’t have the same problem. I did with the first one but at least now I will not hesitate to chat and get it solved.

Works great fantastic, but can’t program it….

It is just what I needed and I like it, BUT I can’t stop its constant output of person detected messages. You either get blasted with messages or not at all. I wanted a camera to show me the inside of the house when I’m not at home and not so much when I’m home. I can’t control the thing. I see no way to play strong when I’m not home and not when I’m home. It notifies me when I’m in the field of view.

We can definitely assist you with this today, and we are confident we can find the correct settings for your home’s environment.
It sounds like you are getting too many notifications when you are home. You can use modes to control the behavior of your security cameras, video doorbells, and Ring alarms. Modes are settings in the Ring app that can control the behavior of all of your Ring devices. The idea is to configure your cameras and doorbells to protect your home in different ways, depending on your current needs.
Select Home Mode when you want the outside cameras or doorbells of your house activated but want to be able to move freely around the inside of your home. You can decide whether or not each of your cameras detects motion.
Select Away Mode to fully secure your house when you leave. You can set all of your cameras, both inside and out, to record your home in this mode. You can decide whether or not each of your cameras or doorbells detects motion.

Ring cameras work great

We bought the outside camera and two inside cameras that plug in. Our handyman/electrician connected them to our phones so we see any activity on our phones. We really like the whole setup!
