Good camera with some quirks

We now have 12 Ring Cameras for our house and love them. This camera is to watch our dog when we aren’t home. The new privacy cover is perfect for what we wanted, to show that when it’s off it really is off. The quality of the picture is great as well.

Both stopped working

I bought 2. Upon original install, you was completely broken. It wouldn't even turn on to connect to the wifi to set up so I had to send it back. The second one worked for about a week and now it's completely broke and won't even turn on. It is just sitting there still, mocking me, because I haven't had the energy to figure out how to return it as well. Super disappointed for sure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It sounds like your Ring Indoor Cams are showing as offline. We recommend you check the following:
Make sure your Indoor Cam is powered on. If not, try another outlet. The one you’re using may be faulty or associated with a light switch. Restart your router and run through the setup process again, making sure to correctly enter your password. Check your device's last reported signal strength in the Ring app under Device Health. If your RSSI signal is poor, you may need to move the Indoor Cam closer to your router. To learn more about RSSI signal strength, tap here. Consider using a Chime Pro wifi extender.

Easy to install and use. I am on the month trial currently. So after that, runs out, I'll see how the functionality works or if I need to buy the cloud service to record videos and photos.
