not understanding the laptop pocket

This is my first trip with my new luggage. Using compression bags I was able to fit all my clothes with room to spare. However, I'm nervous about the laptop pocket. I really don't like the closure on that pocket. It bulges out when I have my laptop + chargers inside. Had it not been for that and the loss of space internally due to the pocket this would be the perfect luggage. I'm now regretting my purchase... hope I'm wrong

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this the 1st week of November and I’ve used it for 5 trips ranging from flights to cruise lines. The elevation plus is light weight, so you can pack more into your case without going over weight. It is also strong, so it can protect fragile materials from breaking. This particular suit case also come with multiple pockets and compartments to help you stay organized. I highly recommend to any serious traveler.

Really wanted this to be my forever bag

The bag is ugly after 1 use. I purchased the large and the carry-on. The bags got scratched just by transferring to the car. The wheel on the large bag is damaged after one use. I have many Samsonite soft luggage bags which are still in good condition this bag should not be called a hard shell bag. It should be labeled as a soft plastic shell. So disappointed in the quality.

Case badly damaged after one use

I thought this was my dream suitcase but I was wrong. You can use either the front compartment or the interior compartment on the front side, but because they share the same space you cannot use both. It’s also not carryon compliant, I was asked to check it on my first trip on United. When I got it back there was a large gouge on the hard shell front from baggage handling, which is not covered by the warranty. I was definitely hoping it would last more than one trip. I’ll probably sand off the damaged plastic and only use it for road trips.

Zipper Broke on First Trip

Was very excited for this suitcase due to the great storage options within, took the tags off prior to its very first trip. When I picked the bag up on the other end, both zippers had snapped making it unusable. For the cost of this bag I expect to get at least TWO trips (one would hope a lot more) out of it, but ONE trip is just an insult. Note I did not have the bag locked, just the zippers docked.

I absolutely love this suitcase. The color is cute and stands out, which is big for me because I’ve accidentally grabbed someone else’s suitcase before. I was definitely embarrassed, but thankfully they were nice. Another plus for me is the sectional pockets. I don’t have to worry about wasting ziploc bags to pack my liquids or other products. It’s very efficient and organized. Also, the wheels are smooth. I’m a fast paced walker, and this elevation plus keeps up with me.

Very heavy for a carryon. The added exterior compartment completely erodes half ignited interior space. I returned the product and am still awaiting the refund to be applied to my card.
