I love the color. We took a 7 day trip and I had so much room for everything. I was disappointed though that it shows so many scuff marks on it from the loading and unloading of the plane. If it wasn't for that I would definitely give it a five star review.
This piece of luggage is exquisite. It is sturdy and will definitely hold up to any rough baggage handling. The TSA lock is a plus. It is very roomy inside enough for two people to pack for a month over in Europe for sure I also got the cubes which is going to make things a lot easier as well
I am on my first trip with this bag and although the structure and wheels are great, the outside looks like a year old in one trip.. the material just scratches/marks obviously really easily!! American Airlines flight to UK from LAX and the bag looks like it went around the world
I would recommend this to a friend!

Handle breaks easily

The body of the luggage seems sturdy enough and is certainly lightweight, but the retractable handle is flimsy and bent on the third trip I took with this bag (medium Freeform). Now it won’t push in or pull out without using unreasonable force, so the bag is essentially useless. It’s not nearly as sturdy as other luggage in this price range.
It’s been almost a month and it’s still “being processed” and Boone has responded to me. This is the worst service I have Received in a long time!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad Lock

The lock broke on the first use! We were out of town and I had not changed the code yet. Nothing worked. We had to ask the hotel to help us break into my own suitcase. The "repair" process is nuisance! Very disappointed. Also be prepared for the airline to make sure your suitcase does not stay white... again, after one trip!
