Bag is too small. Quick entry pocket is useless

I do not recommend this bag. I bought this bag because I liked the quick entry pocket. This feature takes away so much interior room I had trouble packing shoes. The interior is not deep enough for shoes. If you fill the interior you can’t use the quick entry pocket. The bag is not meant to be used for more than one or two nights. Don’t even think about packing a sweatshirt or something bulky. I found the bag useless for me.

Barely big enough for a 2 day trip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is really only good for a 2 day trip as the laptop compartment takes up one whole half of the bag. While it does come with a bag for electronics as well, I can barely close the front compartment when I try and put a phone/kindle charger in with my kindle. Or even my laptop, whose charger does not fit in that compartment. While they promote being able to "Pack to the max" That's not true at all. The cheap one I got somewhere else, I can fit way more clothes and have space for my laptop to be protected. I like the idea for a laptop compartment, I just don't think it was executed well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look of this carryon and the color. It’s nice for short trips, however it doesn’t hold much outside some clothes. I can’t pack make up or toiletries in it because the left side doesn’t have much space. So, the clothes have to be packed tightly. Also, if you have a lot of clothes, there isn’t a lot of space to put your laptop or iPad in the front pocket. The idea of the front pocket is nice but it takes space away from the interior. Price should be lower considering there is very limited space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect size for me. I was looking for a second hardsided carry on luggage piece that could also serve as a long weekend bag. I love that it has the laptop storage section on the exterior - that was a selling point for me. I also love that the lockable zipper has improved and doesnt require as much coordination to lock into place - another great selling feature. I will be using this for my road trips AND air travel.

Sturdy & Heavy but light on storage space

- Wheels are great - the handle is sturdy, so easy to maneuver

Cons:
- The outside liner storage has like an steel bar as a protective casing that protrudes inside the bag. This actually takes up a lot of space and is quite inflexible. The outside laptop storage doesn't actually close very well if you have anything more than a flat screen/laptop (i.e if you put like your chargers or cables in there). For the amount of space it takes up inside the bag, it is not as functional as I had hoped it would be.
- Heavy; I didn't realize it at first, but it can get quite heavy, compared to some other carry on. That's my fault though. I should've known better.
