Case is very soft and prone to scratches :(

However, the case is very soft and prone to scratches, which is disappointing. Unfortunately, while the design is adorable, the overall quality of the case doesn’t seem to match.

I was a little hesitant to make the purchase based on the research I did (a lot of mediocre or disappointing reviews on a variety of sites) but so far everything has been great! I really like the front pocket that opens and locks to keep your personal items like a phone, laptop, etc. Inside is quite spacious and fits everything you need for a few days of travel. The only issue I have right now is that the wheels seem to get snagged up here and there and it doesn't always roll the most freely.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The outside pocket is a great addition to a hardside carry-on. The handle is firm, and the wheels are good.
I'd give it 5 stars, except for an annoying design flaw. It's incredibly common to walk with a carry-on sitting sideways on a check-in so you don't have to navigate with two pieces. I bought the Elevation Plus Hardside Medium Glider, as well, but this carry-on doesn't rest sideways in top of the bigger check-in at all. As part of the same line, why not have the ability to stack them securely while walking?

Great for work!

It worked as long as the rest of the bag was not super full. If you are looking for a work carryon for easy access to your laptop, this is the perfect product.

Bag is too small. Quick entry pocket is useless

I do not recommend this bag. I bought this bag because I liked the quick entry pocket. This feature takes away so much interior room I had trouble packing shoes. The interior is not deep enough for shoes. If you fill the interior you can’t use the quick entry pocket. The bag is not meant to be used for more than one or two nights. Don’t even think about packing a sweatshirt or something bulky. I found the bag useless for me.

Barely big enough for a 2 day trip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is really only good for a 2 day trip as the laptop compartment takes up one whole half of the bag. While it does come with a bag for electronics as well, I can barely close the front compartment when I try and put a phone/kindle charger in with my kindle. Or even my laptop, whose charger does not fit in that compartment. While they promote being able to "Pack to the max" That's not true at all. The cheap one I got somewhere else, I can fit way more clothes and have space for my laptop to be protected. I like the idea for a laptop compartment, I just don't think it was executed well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
