Very bad quality for the high price

After just one trip this bag looks bad and completely messed up. The quality of the plastic and rubbery zipper and handles make it too attractive to dirt and greasy stuff bags are obviously exposed at airports. I've had other Samsonite bags before, but none have looked this dirty after one trip as this one. The entire zipper has a rubber around it and now the entire zipper has black stains, the plastic is completely scratched and my lock doesn't work. I just requested a repair because I can't no longer return it. I wish I had used it closer to the return date. I got the carry-on version and it is as bad as the big one. Do not buy it.

Tiny Interior

Returning immediately. The interior of this carry on is incredibly small. There is only one side that would fit clothes and it is 4" deep AND has the handles inside making it even smaller. The other side is taken up by the exterior pocket area. I would not recommend this at all unless you plan to only use it for one outfit and a laptop. Extremely disappointing as the exterior looks great and I loved the color.

The half of the case that has the outside pocket has almost no room on the inside. So the capacity of this hardside is probably 60% of a softside. Looks nice and good Samsonite quality, but we returned it.

Zipper Broke on First Trip

Was very excited for this suitcase due to the great storage options within, took the tags off prior to its very first trip. When I picked the bag up on the other end, both zippers had snapped making it unusable. For the cost of this bag I expect to get at least TWO trips (one would hope a lot more) out of it, but ONE trip is just an insult. Note I did not have the bag locked, just the zippers docked.

The front pocket for laptop/ipad and tech is a great touch. Overall theres a lot of space. I would definitely suggest getting some packing cubes that compress to maximize space. Good for short trips.

I love that this has a lock, but I wish it had a little more room in the interior. Also, the handle has a sticky rubbery top to it, which makes it really hard to put a cloth bag that will attach to it as a slip over it. It gets stuck on the sticky rubber. I wish it was more a shiny/slick rubber to allow you to easily put your other carry-on to your suitcase.

The interior zipper instantly broke, and the laptop compartment is capable of holding a single laptop and nothing more (it bulged even with a two pocket folder + laptop). Dissatisfied with how it was advertised. It does not suit my needs. I will be returning to get it repaired after a single short trip.

First few uses and I can summarize goods and bads about the carry on. First, the front access could be useful if you have the main compartment empty. Even though there is a cushion that works as a spacer, the compartment is limited in space. The main compartment seems as a good design but there are two things that would’ve made the case more utile. The flat garment pocket could have been set with adjustable straps instead of elastic straps. Having adjustable straps would have helped compressing the clothes set under, creating more space for the opposite side compartment. I can’t get shoes and more than a few sets of clothes in it, so you have to be very picky on your outfits. Closing the zipper is a mission since there is no expansion. Be ready to sit on top to close it if it’s a tight fill to it.
I like how the handle adjusts to different heights but the adjustments are set, not to your exact liking. Nevertheless the case has great mobility, feels sturdy, it is lightweight but of strong build. If I could change something from it, as main improvement, would have been integrating an expansion zipper.
