I really enjoy the Floodlight v2. Was very easy install, much different than the other previous installs with Wyze where you point the QR code at camera, This one actually connects to a Wyze wifi and sends the wifi credentials for it to connect to. The spotlights are adjustable and I found that the two lights that I installed were able to be positioned to cover my entire .50 acre front and my .50 acre back. and very bright. The detection AI on them seems be be a very good improvement from the v3 Wyze Cams with wyze sockets that I replaced them with and haven't auto turned on for false detections, which I had many false detections with the wyze sockets. I'm very impressed with the camera and the clarity.

Finding the camera misses way too many events. Other cameras, pointed at the same area, record events while this floodlight-camera does not. That is frustrating. Also read the description VERY carefully as this camera does not provide the same functions/features as prior cameras. For example, without the extra CamPlus service, this camera does not provide a little video-loop preview. This camera forces a 5-minute "cooldown" between recorded events. Seems Wyze is doing more to force a CamPlus subscription that I find annoying and diminishes the value of the floodlight camera.

Install was easy, set-up was easy, video quality is good and certainly not overpriced. I had to take a star away because connectivity seems to be an issue. I may or may not be able to view live stream from the app when I'm remote, it's hit or miss. Device is 8 feet and 1 wall away from the access point with a good signal at the device. I have other Wyze cameras on site with similar issues. Frequently have 1 or 2 that won't stream when I'm remote, but the rest work fine. They all work when I'm on site!

The Wyze Cam and Wyze Cam Floodlights are so simple to install and set up. I replaced an existing floodlight with the new Wyze Cam Floodlight v2 in under 15 minutes and it works great.

Great product. Like the ambient light to high output light function upon motion detected. Also the fact that you can adjust the ambient light and motion detection light to whatever levels you want. Camera view is exceptional.
