Without paying for the premium service the video footage isn’t seen. Maybe I need to put a different SD card inside? It doesn’t recognize the one I am using and all I get is single framed pictures of events.

Great value. Great Picture, Great feature set. Love the smart focus feature. I also have the floodlight pro and do not understand why it’s lacking this feature that this product has. Very easy to install and setup the 160 degree lens allows me to see most of the side yard. Color night vision is clear and coloful the led lights are more than adequate. I have the automations set up when motion is detected to turn on a Wyze outdoor plug for 30min (after sunset) connected to all my Christmas led lights
