Issues since we got it

Had issues with the oven since we had it. Never even baking. Now it is off by 100 degrees. Never ever buy another.

Mixed feelings

While I like some things about the Z-line range I like, there are some problems. The enamel cooktop is very sensitive to food and cleaners and stains/damages very easily. It is critical that you wipe off any splashes from cooking immediately or the top may discolor. Also, I am very disappointed in the small oven. It only has a low and high heat setting, not a general bake. I wanted to bake pies in it while using the main oven and that is not easy to do with a high or low bake setting. I am not sure I would recommend this to others.

Conversion to propane was relatively easy. I love the look and feel of the stove. Easy to clean. The burners work well. Two complaints. I love the center grill but have yet to really get it hot enough to grill a steak. Not a real big issue as we also have an outdoor kitchen where I normally do steaks. The second problem is that the oven does not heat evenly. The food towards the back gets done ALOT faster than the front. I wish this could be fixed.

Nice looking but not without problems

We bought this stove and love the look but have an unresolved issue with the oven temperature knob. It spins and comes off and doesn’t set the temperature so our oven has been unusable. Zline has said they are sending someone but we have no date yet. Also all the burners require setting the flame height with the provided screw driver but some of the knobs are pretty hard to get off to do it. A minor complaint is that there are crevices that food can easily fall into that are almost impossible to clean. This was the best option available for a 24” range but looking back it may have been better to have gone with something less fancy and less expensive. Shipping however was great. Range arrived on time unlike other appliances and once the burners are set it cooks well. Happy to revise the review once the oven is fixed but honestly it should work the first time around.

RUN ! its not what it claims unless you like hot air blowing into your waist while using the cook top NO baking and cooking together ...

Bad Warranty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dual fuel range and the electric oven failed just after one year with no warranty left. It's impossible to find anyone who works on Z-Line. If they were such a high end product like they claim you'd think that they'd back their products with a better warranty. Now we're shopping again and this time we're going to buy a better product!

Oven doesn’t come to temp after two failed models.

We are on our third stove with z line. The ovens have all failed to come up to temperature, maintenance hasn’t been able to correct the problem leading to two replacements and now our second replacement is presenting with the same issue. We will not be purchasing through z line again unfortunately. Stove top and functionality we loved but seems there’s issue with design/quality of parts. Hassle altogether.
