Potentially great but flawed oven

Our Galluco oven was just installed the other day. Doing the initial broiler heating to eliminate odors from manufacturing. Looks great, double doors week really well as does the trick shelving. BUT, I am shocked to find that except for the Sou Vide setting there is no current oven temp. showing in the LCD display NOR is there a system beep doe when the oven reaches it's target temperature. Come on Firno, every oven in the past two decades has at least the beep and every oven I have seen in the past decade has the actual temp display. Please let me know if I have missed a setting in you far too abbreviated operations manual. Otherwise, nice oven. But a bit lame. Mark

The control knobs heat up quite a bit when using the ovens. Additionally, there should be some way to see on the digital control panel what temperature the oven is currently measuring at. Right now, my issue is that the interior lights do not come on for either the upper double door oven or the lower single door oven.
