Great looking except we unboxed the oven to find a dent in the top right corner and the doors are uneven

We purchased this oven in November 2025, the digital display doesn't work properly, and it's only March and it started smoking interiorly so terribly, twice now, the whole kitchen had to be aired out with windows open...we can't use it. We are calling about support now.
