Just registering, too early to review. Why is it asking for a review whey I am just registering it….I am registering because the stove is not working.

issues with burner on the first day

the left bottom burner was smoking and completely burnt out or gave out on the first time using my stove. it smelled like burnt plastic and then it stopped working. so disappointed as I was very excited to use my stove.
