the stove Frigidaire FCRE308CAS appliance stopped working

the oven door is stuck open in a lock mode without even using the selfclean feature. I've tried everything to close to door power off the appliance, nothing works. The buttons are not responding.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As a basic troubleshooting step, you can try turning the range off at the circuit breaker for a few minutes and then restoring power to see if the controls reset. If the door remains locked open or the controls are still unresponsive, please do not force the door closed. We recommend having the range evaluated by an authorized service professional.

Features offered for the price was great

Haven’t used all the features yet. Ut so far so good. Great price for all the features included. I had a Frigidaire prior for 20 years and it was great too. My only thought with this one is every streak mark and heat mark shows up on the top. They can be cleaned off but you just have to keep on it. My other one had a different coloured to - more grey- which showed hardly anything. The all black top shows more. I bought this one because of the great reviews.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not what was expected

The bottom drawer is extremely small and narrow so the range is really low to the ground. It is only 7inches high. It is hard for older people to lean down so low to open the door
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My daughter gave me excellent advice. She told me to buy a stove from a company that makes stoves and not a company that makes computers. This was excellent advice.We are very happy with our Frigidaire.

So far so good

I bought this model a month ago, so far it's working well. The first time I baked, there was a lot of smoke when I opened the oven door. It was white smoke. I checked online, and found that it was "normal" for first several time baking. Other than that I have no complaint. Glad I bought it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great stove

I am so thankful for this upgrade. I find everything is tasting better. The burners heat up way quicker, The oven cooks more evenly, and the stove looks very stylish in my kitchen. I am excited to cook again.
