Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we're sorry to hear that the appliance did not live up to your expectations, Klh64. Our team will evaluate your review to help implement future design improvements to our product lines. Knowing what is most important to our family only helps us design more products with a better understanding of what is needed for you. Please know that we strive to produce quality products, and your feedback does not go unnoticed. If the surface burner does not heat evenly, please be sure the correct surface control knob is turned on for the element needed.Cookware is light-weight or warped. Use only fl at, evenly balanced, medium or heavyweight cookware. Flat pans heat better than warped pans. Cookware materials and the weight of the material affect heating. Heavy and medium-weight pans heat evenly. Because lightweight pans heat unevenly, foods may burn easily. If there is anything we can do to improve your experience, please let us know. You can reach out to us by live chat or by phone at 1-800-374-4432. Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, and our experts will be happy to assist. - Christi
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to conduct my own research. Most consumers I knew had Frigidaire appliances. Highly recommended.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new stove. The look is very clean on the outside, and I love the air fry and convection bake functions.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good with thisu range. Lots of delivery problems, first delivered a white instead of stainless, then delivered agas one. Original delivery date was Tuesday, finally got the correct one on Friday.
