This stove hates families, sleep, and cooked food

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this stove in December 2024. Normal usage. I cook maybe once a month, my wife uses the oven about twice a week, and the range top used to handle about five dinners a week. Nothing crazy. No commercial kitchen. No abuse.
Mid last year my wife got pregnant, so we started cooking healthier and doing more meal prep. That’s when we discovered the “air fry” feature — which is not an air fryer. It’s a noise machine that sometimes cooks food and always turns the inside of your oven into a crime scene. Doesn’t matter if you use the official air-fry pan or pray to the appliance gods first — you’ll be scrubbing grease like a medieval punishment.
New year hits. Error codes appear. Troubleshooting says unplug it for 10 minutes. Cool. That worked!
For exactly 8 days.
Then the stove decided it was done pretending to function. Alarms start blaring mid-cook. My wife is crying, the baby is crying, the chicken is raw, and I’m ordering pizza for a brand-new mom. I submit a warranty ticket, enter the error codes, and I’m told it’s likely the wiring harness and control board. I follow all the troubleshooting steps. Every time, after about 20 minutes — ERROR.
But the real feature?
The BEEPING.
This thing beeps every five seconds. Day. Night. Cooking or not. Just BEEP BEEP BEEP, like it’s personally offended by sleep and determined to wake a newborn. Smoke alarms beep for low batteries. This stove beeps out of spite.
It’s been over 30 days with no functioning oven. And before anyone says “just unplug it” — surprise! The range top stopped working too, and my wife is under doctor restrictions and can’t safely move the unit.
So now we have:
A dead oven
A fake air fryer
A possessed alarm system
A broken range top
Two exhausted parents
One very awake baby
This stove didn’t just fail — it actively made our lives harder. If you enjoy stress, noise, raw chicken, and pizza bills, you’ll love it. Otherwise, run.

I love this oven!!

I love my new Electric Range

Aside from all of the regular features, this one has air fry and convection bake! I have not gotten to use this settings yet but I’m very excited about them and will be using them very soon!
