[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s an extremely nice looking stove but it scratched within the first week of owning. Also when cooking even on a medium heat the stove eyes get very hot to the point you can’t reach over it for too long without almost burning your hands or arms

To help prevent future scratches, we recommend using a soft cloth or sponge for cleaning and avoiding harsh or abrasive cleaners. As for the stovetop getting too hot on medium heat, it could be due to the type of cookware you're using. Make sure the pots or pans have a flat bottom and are the appropriate size for the burner. This can help distribute the heat more evenly and prevent excessive heat buildup.
