I've been looking for a massage pad for several years now. I have a severe back and buttocks injury. When I first tried a massage pad several years again, they were too strong. I knew I wanted one with shiatsu balls on the buttocks due to my injury type. I decided to try again for my search. Finding one with shiatsu balls on the buttocks region proved difficult but I found it with this one and the massage cushion is great! I wish the shiatsu rollers went a bit higher on the neck but I can survive without it. Otherwise, it is fantastic and I highly recommend it!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Couldn’t get over the box framed seat that cut through my calves cutting off blood circulation. Maybe the rest of the device was up to snuff but the seat was a deal breaker!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Height range is good, intensity OK, Heat lacking

The good :
The range is pretty good - I'm 6'3" and this is able to get all the way up to my shoulder blades
Unlike many shiatsu massagers, this one can also massage the upper legs.

The "just OK" :
The intensity of the shiatsu massage isn't bad, but it could definitely be better, but for most people, the intensity is probably fine. I end up leaning back into the upper back massage to get the right intensity level.

There are no directional arrows, so if you want to use the spot-massage feature, the "upper" and "lower" buttons effectively become the directional arrows when trying to fine-tune the spot massage location.

My back had never felt so awesome!!

My back had always had multiple angry spots, particularly around the curvature of my spine, due to scoliosis. I’ve owned the back massage cushion for a month and it’s been a god send! I am back to walking 4

Great but not perfect

Well built and effective. Thorough and deep massage. Upper back massage is actually TOO intense. Would be helpful if there was some way to adjust the intensity of the separate zones. Using the "slowest" setting was a little better in that it gives you the chance to adjust your position and reduce the intensity.

I've tried several massage cushions over the past two years and I'm very disappointed with this model.
The hot spot massager pauses to change direction, which is very unpleasant.
The backrest is short, even though I'm only 5'8" tall.
The massage rollers stop three-quarters of the way down the back and don't reach the shoulder blades.
For the buttocks, it feels like there are several layers of towels because you can hardly feel the massage rollers.
The up-and-down speed is very slow, really slow.
I also expected to be able to place the cushion completely horizontally, which is definitely not the case.
It's a shame because in my case, if the cushion could be placed horizontally, if it would be faster and cover the entire body, that would be so great because I unfortunately have a health problem and need something that meets my needs.
For someone who has slight pain, it's perfect, for the back, it feels good
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Deep massage is awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this to test and WOW! I love the back massage, but the glute massage was not very nice on my glutes. I have a little bit of a bony backside and the rollers going over it had me out of the chair. The back though, wow. I enjoyed the heating ability and the spot massager. Highly recommend if you need something comfortable to sit on and a good massage!
I would recommend this to a friend!
