Disappointed with the sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the HP Poly Blackwire 3220 headset and to be honest I was very disappointed. The voice is not very clear and sometimes sounds muffled. I understand the price is at the lower end, but I would have preferred to pay more and get headphones with better sound quality. It feels okay to wear and noise cancellation is good too, but overall the performance is not very great. I am very disappointed with the sound quality, which does not feel original.

Solid headset great for working from home

I recently had a chance to use the HP / Poly Blackwire 3220 Stereo USB-C Headset (with the USB-C/A adapter) for a few weeks, and overall it’s a solid choice for those needing a dependable, no-frills headset for calls, meetings, and occasional multimedia. It doesn’t revolutionize the category, but it does many things well.
The headset offers PC wideband voice support, along with a noise-cancelling microphone to cut down background distractions. For everyday conference calls and voice work, it delivers clarity that’s more than acceptable for its price point. Really happy with the product and now use it regularly.

Comfortable headset with clear sound and a reliabl

The microphone picks up speech very well, which makes it perfect for calls and online meetings. Comfortable headphone with mic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fitting headphones with microphone and button for volume adjustment and mute on/ off function. Comes with a detachable usb adapter and I’ve used this with my laptop and PC computer with ease, able to hear without disruptions and great sound quality with the noise cancellation functions used with system setting. I had to adjust my sound settings to find this device so no need for setup at launch as instantly recognised and ready to use.

The sound quality is clear for both calls and music, and the noise-cancelling mic makes conversations much easier without background distractions. Lightweight and comfortable.

Comfortable with good sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, these come with both a usb c connector and an additional usb a adapter. This saves so much hassle when switching between devices! I can use the headset for my laptop and my work phone without needing an additional cable.
I’ve tested the sound quality through laptop (ms teams) and iPhone (call). There were no issues with the headset being recognised. The sound quality was good, both in me hearing the conversation and my voice being heard.
The ear cups are padded and were comfortable enough to wear for a few hours straight/a too long meeting that could have been an email. The mic is noise cancelling, since no-one highlighted any issues with my call I can only assume it was fairly effective.
Sound quality is fine for business use. I have also listened to YouTube videos through this headset and both speech and music was clear.
Overall, this is a decent business headset that feels more premium than the budget price tag.
